We are here to inform the members of SuncoastHR by monitoring and evaluating legal action at the federal, state, and local levels that may have an impact on the management of Human Resources. We also serve as a liaison to state legislators and Members of Congress. The Director of Government Affairs works in close cooperation with the State Governmental Affairs Director and the SHRM headquarters staff in carrying out these responsibilities.
We want to hear from you. SuncoastHR Members are encouraged to get involved and share the legislative affairs and public policy issues that interest or challenge them so we can address them as a Chapter.
